Today I attended a Leadership Workshop held by Howard Nielsen.

It was a great afternoon and discussed the concept of Servant Leadership which I really appreciated and could relate to.

We talked about personality types, learning styles and the components that make a team successful.

I couldn’t figure out my personality type, but it turns out my learning styles are ‘activist’ and ‘pragmatist’ much to my dismay. I would rather be the other two: reflective and thinker. Humph!

It was an invaluable afternoon filled with good people and a great facilitator. Howard is Queensland Greens convenor and I hold a huge amount of respect and admiration for him.

I actually learnt stuff!
